Playbook: Comment triage#

  1. comment.list status=hold (and optionally spam).
  2. For each item: summarize author + excerpt for the human.
  3. To change status: call comment.set_status → receive preview + approval_token.
  4. Ask human on Zalo: approve <token> or decline.
  5. On approve: re-call with approved=true and same approval_token + input.
  6. Never bulk-approve without explicit human confirmation.
