- Keep separate from messaging enable toggle

## Instagram Messaging

- Same Meta Graph app when IG is linked to the Page
- New adapter or shared Meta adapter with `channel=instagram`
- Subscribe `instagram` messaging webhooks

## Zalo OA

- OA access token + webhook verify
- Vietnamese market priority after Instagram

## Telegram Bot

- BotFather token; long-polling optional, webhook preferred
- Simplest adapter for smoke-testing multi-channel UX

## WhatsApp Cloud API

- Meta Business; template message rules for outbound session windows
